Merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged.
Merchandise returned without the original packaging does not qualify for a refund.
Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

All sale frames are final sale (no return or exchange possible).
Authorized frames for exchange can only be exchanged once.
All items must be returned in their original packaging (box, case and pouch) with an approved Return Authorization number.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorization number. Once provided you will be able to ship product back.
Product returned without an approved Return Authorization # will be shipped back to the customer.
