Return Policy

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
  • All returns shipping costs are covered by the customers.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, altered or damaged.
  • Merchandise returned without the original packaging does not qualify for a refund.
  • Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.
  • All sales from the following countries are final sales : Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Kosovo, Mexico, Phillipines,
  • Singapore, Slovakia, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey.
  • Sales from US Virgin Islands & Puerto Rico are final sales.
  • All sale frames are final sale (no return or exchange possible).
  • Final Sale means no return or exchange is possible.
  • All Black Friday & Cyber Monday orders are final sale.
  • Authorized frames for exchange can only be exchanged once and can not be returned after the exchange.
  • All items must be returned in their original packaging (box, case and pouch) with an approved Return Authorization number.
    Please send an email to to request a Return Authorization number. Once provided you will be able to ship product back.
  • The SELLER is responsible until delivery of the PRODUCT to the CLIENT. It is reminded that the CLIENT has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of any damage or partial loss noted at the time of delivery.
